Returns Policy

At Highrise International Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the Highrise Booster, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of installation, damage, tampering, or misuse.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. After review, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at highrise31@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective unit, email us with your order details.
